For any reason should you wish to return/exchange your item(s), you have 20 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order by:
- Email to email@example.com or chat with us via Facebook ? Instagram.
- We will arrange a reverse pick-up of the parcel from your location.
- Once our team has received, inspected and accepted the returned item(s) our Customer Service will contact you.
- Any refund will be refunded to your Kens Apothecary account wallet as store credits.
- There will be NO CASH REFUND allowed.
You may contact Customer Care via Facebook / Instagram, from Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays and weekends) between 10am-5pm.
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, we will give you a refund for item(s) returned, subjected to the following conditions:
- Items can be returned if the items are unused, unopened & undamaged.
- All items must be returned in their original condition with undamaged boxes (if any) and price label.
- You are responsible for all goods sent until they arrive at our warehouse, and agree to assume the costs associated with returning your purchased item(s) to us. Please package the good well to prevent damage and pilferage. We strongly recommended that you use postal service that allow you to track your parcel & prevent from loses.
- Refund will be made to your store wallet within the next 14 working days.
- Store credits can be used to make any purchases through KENS Apothecary.
